Development and Engineering
I approach each client’s concept by addressing key technical aspects, including functionality, structural strength, kinematic analysis, and material longevity. With expertise in metalworking, CNC machining, laser cutting, and digital fabrication, I guide the process from concept validation to prototyping and final production, ensuring both technical quality and manufacturability.
CAD designing
Using SolidWorks, I create detailed 3D models to anticipate and resolve design challenges before production begins, reducing prototyping costs and development time. This approach ensures a seamless transition from concept to manufacturing, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiency. From each model, I generate precise technical drawings for production teams, digital files for CNC machining, laser cutting, and 3D printing, as well as high-quality visuals and renderings for presentations and communication.
Prototyping Supervision
I provide consultancy during the prototyping and production phases to ensure precise and consistent project execution. By working closely with technicians and manufacturers through continuous feedback, I clarify uncertainties, verify measurements, and refine assembly methods, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiency. This hands-on approach helps address unexpected issues and enhance practical processes, making the workflow faster, more cost-effective, and technically innovative, while staying true to the original design.
