2015 – ONGOING / CTM-Italia–INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

A long-term collaboration aimed at optimizing production processes and developing heating systems. Over time, the activity has focused on creating continuity between design, production, and commercial communication.

Numerous products were developed, covering both technical and aesthetic features, with design supported by 3D CAD (SolidWorks). This allowed for parametric management of every component and the validation of solutions prior to production. This approach ensured extremely tight control, optimizing manufacturing while reducing errors and the need for physical prototyping.

Starting from the technical project models, commercial communication was subsequently enhanced through the generation of photorealistic renderings for catalogs and the website, alongside the development of illustrations for technical manuals.

The consultancy covers the entire industrial cycle:

• Product Engineering: Design of technical components and external cladding for fireplaces and boilers, with a specific focus on manufacturability through laser cutting and CNC press-braking.

• Visualization and Rendering: Production of all photorealistic renderings for the website and corporate catalogs to support the brand’s commercial communication.

• Technical Manuals: Development of technical illustrations and 3D exploded views for user and installation manuals, converting complex data into intuitive visual instructions.

• Process Consultancy: Industrial plant layout analysis and technical consultancy for the acquisition of new CNC machinery (Industry 4.0).

  The consultancy, which is currently ongoing, fosters innovation within the company and maintains high levels of production efficiency.

The client required integrated technical support for:

• Engineering of new biomass products (fireplaces and boilers).

• Development of aesthetic cladding and internal technical components.

• Optimization of the industrial layout according to Industry 4.0 standards.

• Creation of technical communication tools (photorealistic rendering).
